Description:

18 Trays Refrigeration Retard Proofer is made of stainless steel, and the water in the tank is heated by the electric heating tube to generate a large amount of water vapor. The temperature inside the box can reach 95%, and the temperature can be automatically controlled between 60~-5°C to form a suitable fermentation environment, and a heating dry burning tube and a heating piece are added to keep the temperature inside the box and heat the water droplets. It is the ideal equipment for the production of bread and cakes.
